Beyblade X fans will be spinning with joy as Season 2 has officially launched in the U.S. on Disney XD. The new season premiered Saturday, and airs in the 7:30 a.m. ET/PT timeslot. S2 brings fresh battles and storylines, and even more high-energy action for fans to dive into each weekend.
Synopsis: In the wake of Team Persona’s defeat at the hands of the reigning champs, Team Pendragon, the world is changing. Jaxon Cross and Khrome Ryugu’s showdown at the top of The X sent shockwaves across the Blading world and even if Jaxon’s a little aimless without his goal of battling Khrome, their clash brought about a series of changes beyond Xenon City. Will Team Persona be left behind as this new world is born? Can you keep up with the X-celeration?
The Season 2 debut comes as excitement builds around the Beyblade World Championship. This summer, fans ages 8-12 are currently battling it out in regional tournaments across North America. The journey will culminate in a final qualifying event in Chicago this August, where bladers will compete to earn their spot at the World Championship in Tokyo this October.
