More hardboiled hijinks are in store for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ popular animal cops in Zootopia 2, which today gets a new trailer, poster and image reveals from the studio. The follow up to the Oscar-winning 2016 feature will hop into theaters on November 26.
Synopsis: After cracking the biggest case in Zootopia’s history, rookie cops Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) find their partnership isn’t as solid as they thought when Chief Bogo (Idris Elba) orders them to join the Partners in Crisis counseling program. But it doesn’t take long for their partnership to be put to the ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis.
Zootopia 2 introduces fans to Gary De’Snake (Ke Huy Quan), Nibbles (Fortune Feimster) and quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby (Quinta Brunson), and welcomes back a herd of characters who made their debut in Zootopia:
