U.K.-based GSCFilms, the production house responsible for the award-winning series Kipper, Sheeep and Angelina Ballerina, will debut DOT, its new pre-school pilot at this years Cartoon Forum.
The 2D DOT, created by GSCFilms Founder Ginger Gibbons and written by Dave Ingham, follows the adventures of a small girl who creates friends from everyday objects around her.
Cartoon Forum is a television/video market for animated projects taking place Sept. 18-22 in Wales, U.K.
