Ellipsanime, Enanimation, RAI Team for ‘Cross Worlds’

France-based Ellipsanime and Italy’s Enanimation and RAI Fiction have announced they are developing and producing a new animated series called Cross Worlds.

The series will comprise 26 half-hour episodes and follows the adventures of five estranged teenagers who team up to rescue a game developer trapped in his own creation.

Plans for Cross Worlds include digital games, web communities and graphic novels.

Production on the CG-animated series is set to begin this year with delivery set for 2012.
