PBS KIDS has officially announced the return of smash holiday hit The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot about Christmas. Family friendly holiday programming will kick off with the special on November 27 as Cat, Nick and Sally journey around the world to help a lost reindeer find his way home.

Other seasonally appropriate programming will play on the pre-k channel during “Holiday Week” (December 9-13). The special event will feature encore presentations of other holiday favorites ,including Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas, Arthur’s Perfect Christmas and holiday-themed episodes of popular series like Wild Kratts, Super Why!, Thomas & Friends and more.
