Eco-friendly publishing group Green Kids Club (GKC) is teaming up with Aurora World, licensing their YooHoo & Friends endangered species characters for a series of exclusive, globally distributed books.
The stories will follow GKC’s young environmentalists Victor, Maya and Tiago join forces with furry friends Pammee and YooHoo on a quest to save Earth’s animals and their habitats. The books ar expected to hit shelves by the end of Q1 2016.
The GKC picture books are designed to teach young children the importance of environmental stewardship, especially the issues surrounding animal-human interaction such as habitat encroachment, poaching and extinction. The series also covers sustainability, mitigation and preservation as it relates to animals and their homes.
