Comedy Central Sneak Peeks ‘Digman!’ S2 ahead of Tonight’s Premiere

It’s time to get down ‘n’ dirty with the world’s most famous — or at least most animated — archaeologist as Season 2 of Digman! debuts on Comedy Central tonight (Wednesday, July 23) at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT, immediately after the Season 27 premiere of South Park. The network has debuted a sneak peek at the premiere episode, in which our hero (voiced by Andy Samberg) brazenly machetes his way through an ancient cave system to vanquish the latest threat to the world: His wife.

S2: Join Rip Digman and his team of celebrity archaeologists as they kick off a brand-new season filled with epic quests, ancient mysteries and laugh-out-loud moments.

S2 Premiere: “The Hunt for Bella” — Rip learns he may be able to exorcise the Antichrist from Bella if he brings her to the site of Bella’s happiest memory, so he and Saltine take the Antichrist on a worldwide journey through the past.

Digman! is created by Andy Samberg and Neil Campbell and produced by CBS Studios alongside Ali Bell and The Lonely Island’s Party Over Here banner. Titmouse executive produces, with their own Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio and Ben Kalina.

The S2 voice cast features Samberg (Palm Springs) as Rip Digman, Mitra Jouhari (Three Busy Debras) as Saltine, Tim Robinson (I Think You Should Leave) as Swooper, Dale Soules (Orange Is the New Black) as Agatha, Guz Khan (Our Flag Means Death) as Zane, Melissa Fumero (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Bella and Tim Meadows (The Goldbergs) as Quail Eegan.

As previously announced, S2 will feature a massive roster of guest stars, including Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live), Stephanie Beatriz (Encanto), Mark Hamill (The Life of Chuck), Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants), Nathan Lane (Mid-Century Modern), Amy Sedaris (Strangers with Candy), Kate Winslet (Lee) and more.
